A Three-Step Process

Our Design and Development Build-out process is predicated on three distinct steps.

  1. Project Initiation. A meeting to share ideas, uncover issues and download enough information and concerns to ensure we have the right materials to build your solutionladder.
     
  2. Project Blueprint. A detailed study that includes Curriculum Gap Analysis and Action Plan, detailed Project Plan and Design Summary and Flow Statement
     
  3. Wiring Guide. A flowchart and diagram to show the logical connections of the learning systems and how to modify the material for divisional, language, and cultural modifications.We rely on the best in learning sciences to develop our material and use massive amounts of appropriate creativity to engage the end-user and build retention.

 

Renovate Existing Material

We can help you renovate your existing learning and communication material to be more effective and engaging. Some sawhorseof our remodeling projects have included the following:

  • Reconciling the materials against new or changing learning objectives
